"Eduardo Roca, also known as “Choco,” is a painter and printmaker born in Santiago, Cuba. He is a graduate of the Escuela de Instructores de Arte (Art Instructor’s School) and the Escuela Nacional de Arte (National Art School), Havana.
Roca has had solo exhibitions in Cuba, Spain, Mexico, Colombia, Sweden, Japan, France, the United Kingdom, Germany, and the US. His work can be found around the world in collections including Museo Nacional de Bellas Artes (National Museum of Fine Arts), Havana; Museo Nacional de la Estampa (Museum of Graphic Arts), Mexico City; Museum Ludwig, Cologne, Germany; and Tama Art University Museum, Tokyo, Japan.
Roca was a member of the Union of Writers and Artists of Cuba (UNEAC) and the Experimental Graphic Studio of Havana."
