STATEMENT
“I choose subjects that interest me intuitively or that I admire; and I concentrate on the details and slightest variations in color and light in order to show how extraordinary are things we think we know and take for granted. The process of painting for me is closely linked to the subject and what it may signify from its physical properties to its meaning, associations and memories.”
