"Etablie devant la Villa Corsini et destinée à contre-battre les défenses du front de la Portre San-Pancrazio Construite et servie par la 13éme Batterie du 3éme Regiment Capitaine SERRAND. (Siège de Rome, 20 Juin 1849)"

"Established in front of the Villa Corsini and destined to conter-strike the line of defense in front of the San-Pancrazio port. Constructed and served by the 13th Battery of the 3rd Regiment. Captain SERRAND. (Roman siege, 20 June 1849)."
