After the figure to the right of the composition of the ca. 1815 painting of "Dido and Aeneas" in the Musée du Louvre, Paris.

Directly below the image, at left, is the French inscription identifying the lithographer "Lith[ographie] par Mme. Negelen," opposite the publisher, "Imp[rimerie] lith[ographique] F. Noel."

The larger French text reads: "D'après le tableau de Didon de Monsieur Guérin," or "After the painting of Dido by Mr. Guérin." Smaller text identifies the publisher printer known as Francisque Noël & Cie.:"A Paris, chez Fran.que NOËL et C.ie éditeurs, rue des deux portes, École de Médécine, No.7/ No. 22."
